Z's Scalloped Corn
(Serving 5-6)
Easy to double - just as good warmed up the next
day
Ingredients
1 cheap calorie counter
1 pkg of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Can Kernel Corn - drained
1 Can Cream Corn
1 stick of butter
1 cup of sour cream
2 eggs - beaten
1 package (cup) of shredded mozzarlla cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese and calorie
counter in a bowl and bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees
Remove from oven
Add cheese to top and bake 1/2 hour
Let set for five minutes and serve
Throw away calorie counter - after you
tasted this, it won't matter
